Is Christie's Place an assisted living facility?
No. Christie's Place is a non-medical senior supportive living home. We provide meals, housekeeping, transportation, activities, and companionship — but we do not provide hands-on personal care, medication administration, or nursing services. Residents must be independent with daily activities and able to manage their own medications.
How many residents live at Christie's Place?
We intentionally keep our home small — a maximum of 6 residents. This ensures personalized attention and a true family atmosphere.
What's included in the $2,500/month?
Your furnished private room, three home-cooked meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, transportation to appointments, daily activities, and 24/7 caregiver presence. It's all-inclusive supportive living.

Christie's Place is designed for independent seniors. If a resident's care needs increase beyond what we can support, we will work with the family to explore appropriate next steps. We do not provide escalating medical care.
